Hila Fluman

Hila Fluman is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Beewise. Hila has held this position since February of 2022. Prior to their current role, Hila was the Global Vice President of Human Resources at Caja Robotics from January 2020 to February 2022. Before that, they served as the People and Organization Business Partner at Novo Nordisk from January 2019 to January 2020.

Hila Fluman began their career in human resources in 2009 as a recruitment consultant at MIT Israel. Hila then moved on to Philips Healthcare in 2011, where they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist until 2014. That year, they became HR Manager at Nanomotion, a Johnson Electric Company with over 40,000 employees around the globe. In 2016, they were promoted to HR Director, a role in which they served until 2019.

As an HR leader, Hila has been responsible for the overall management of all people-related aspects of their organizations. Hila has also served as a trusted advisor to functional leaders across their companies on people management challenges. In their current role as VP of HR at Beewise, Hila is responsible for leading and executing the company's HR strategy in alignment with its budget, business plans, vision, and values.

Hila Fluman has a BA in Psychology & Media studies from the University of Haifa and an MBA in Business Psychology from The College of Management, Academic.

Hila Fluman works with Amit Hirsh - VP, Finance, Eliyah Radzyner - Co-Founder & Head, Product, and Netaly Harari - VP, Global Operations. Their manager is Saar Safra, CEO.
