Dr. Vaibhav Birwatkar

Dr. Vaibhav Birwatkar has a diverse range of work experience, beginning in 1996 as an HR Executive at Shivanand Finance Ltd. In this role, they assisted the Branch Head with manpower planning and recruitment, prepared job contracts, and maintained employee files and the HR filing system. Dr. Vaibhav worked at Shivanand Finance Ltd. until 1998.
