Human Resources Director at Behavior Intervention Services

Jamie Klamert has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and behavioral health. Jamie started their career as a Mental Health Specialist at the University of Dayton in 2011. Later, they worked as an Individualized Supported Living (ISL) Director at Behavior Intervention Services from 2013 to 2017. In this role, Jamie demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills while overseeing the ISL department. Jamie then joined Great Circle as a Behavioral Health Technician from 2017 to 2019, where they supported individuals with developmental disabilities in educational and clinical settings. Currently, Jamie is working as a Human Resources Director at Behavior Intervention Services, where they lead HR practices and ensures the recruitment and development of a high-performing workforce. Jamie plays a key role in implementing HR policies and programs for the entire company.

Jamie Klamert attended the University of Dayton from 2007 to 2011. They obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies. In addition to their major, Jamie also pursued studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Galway in 2009.
