Susan Horn

Susan Horn has extensive experience in both behavioral health and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator at Behavioral Concepts since November 2019, Susan has held various roles, including Lead Behavior Technician and Advanced Behavior Technician. Previously, at MEDITECH from May 2006 to April 2019, Susan worked as a Software Tester and Development Programmer, focusing on testing applications, documenting processes, and developing proprietary software solutions. Early career experience includes a Web Design Intern position at Con-Test Analytical Laboratory and an Administrative Assistant role at Western New England University. Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems and Sociology from Western New England University in 2006.
