Eric Locey

Eric Locey is an experienced IT Support Specialist currently serving at Behavioral Health Associates since December 2019. In this role, Eric provides essential support by acting as the primary liaison for IT policies and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Eric is responsible for leading new device initiatives, enhancing system responsiveness, and reducing support requests through real-time diagnosis and problem-solving. Prior to this position, Eric gained valuable experience as a work study in campus technology at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania from February 2014 to December 2017, where responsibilities included engaging with end-users to resolve technical issues and troubleshooting various hardware and software components. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, completed in December 2017.
