Lynn Mumma

Lynn Mumma is the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at Behavioral Health System Baltimore. Prior to this, Lynn served as Deputy Director at Baltimore City Department of Social Services. Lynn also worked as a Special Assistant to the Secretary at Maryland Department of Human Resources. Additionally, Lynn was a Co-Owner/Operator at The Oyster Company and a Contract Coordinator at AstraZeneca. Lynn has a degree in Public Policy from Duke University and a MSW in Social Work from Boston College.
