Zachary Kosinski

Zachary Kosinski is the Director of Harm Reduction at Behavioral Health System Baltimore. Zachary previously held positions at Voices of Hope of Maryland and the Harford County Health Department, where Zachary focused on harm reduction, overdose prevention, and HIV prevention programs. Zachary has a background in public health and has worked in various roles related to victim advocacy, LGBTQ programs, and accessibility services. Zachary holds a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
