Behavioral Innovations
Haylie Jones is a Clinical Operations Manager and Lead RBT at Behavioral Innovations since June 2022, having previously served as a Behavioral Therapist. From August 2019 to July 2021, Haylie worked as an Adjunct Professor at Tarrant County College. Haylie gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Texas Christian University from August 2018 to August 2019, and earlier as a Graduate Student Researcher and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Texas Woman's University from January 2015 to August 2019. Haylie holds a Master of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Woman's University, completed in 2019 and 2017, respectively.

Behavioral Innovations was founded over 20 years ago to provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to kids diagnosed with Autism. Our services are specifically designed for children under 10 years of age who are facing social, developmental or communication challenges associated with autism or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Behavioral Innovations currently has over 70 therapy centers across Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. We continue to grow to new areas so families can receive the best-in-class care and support for children with autism.
