Molly Adams, Ph.D., BCBA, LBA has a diverse range of work experience in the field of behavioral analysis. Molly began their career as a Graduate Student at Mississippi State University, where they worked from August 2012 to January 2017. After completing their studies, they joined the Kennedy Krieger Institute as a Pre Doctoral Intern in July 2016, and later as a Post Doctoral Fellow from July 2017 to August 2018.

In 2018, Molly joined Trumpet Behavioral Health as a Clinician, where they worked from September 2018 to May 2019. Molly then moved on to Behavioral Innovations, starting as a Clinical Director from May 2019 to December 2020. Molly was then promoted to the role of Regional Director of Clinical Services from December 2020 to January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Clinical Operations at Behavioral Innovations from January 2023.
