Palmer Neill has extensive work experience in financial planning and analysis. Palmer is currently the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Behavioral Innovations since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at RealPage, Inc. from November 2017 to April 2021. Before that, Palmer was the Senior Finance Manager at Behavioral Health Group (BHG) from November 2015 to November 2017. Palmer has also held roles at Ecova, American Airlines, Federal Express, and International Paper, where they gained experience in various financial and auditing positions.
Palmer Neill obtained a BBA degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Palmer continued their education at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, where they earned an MBA degree in Accounting and Finance from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their degrees, Palmer Neill obtained the Certified Management Accountant certification from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in April 2015.

Behavioral Innovations was founded over 20 years ago to provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to kids diagnosed with Autism. Our services are specifically designed for children under 10 years of age who are facing social, developmental or communication challenges associated with autism or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Behavioral Innovations currently has over 70 therapy centers across Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. We continue to grow to new areas so families can receive the best-in-class care and support for children with autism.
