Wes Morgan

Wes Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Wes is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at Behavioral Innovations since June 2020. Prior to this, Wes worked at iFLY Indoor Skydiving from 2014 to 2020, where they held various roles including Regional Sales Director, Manager of National Sales Training & Development, Interim Texas Regional Operations Director, South Central Regional Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager (East), and Director of Sales. Wes played a significant role in exceeding sales targets, implementing successful sales strategies, and driving growth in revenue. Before iFLY, Wes worked at Appreciation Events & SC Local Marketing from 2007 to 2014, where they held positions such as National Account Executive, Area Operator, Event Coordinator, Manager/Corporate Trainer, and Sales Lead/Assistant Manager. Additionally, Wes has a background in sports and played as a Center/Power Forward for Team FOG Næstved in 2006-2007.

Wes Morgan obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sports Communication from Mississippi State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications from different institutions, including Crucial Learning and LinkedIn. Notable certifications include "Crucial Conversations For Mastering Dialogue" obtained in February 2022, "Assessing and Improving Strategic Plans," "Intentional Negotiation," "Leading Your Team Through Change," and "Motivating and Engaging Employees" obtained in April 2020.
