Carmen Huang serves as the Assistant Clinical Director at BEHAVIORAL LEARNING NETWORK LLC since November 2023, where supervision of Behavior Technicians and ensuring session data accuracy are key responsibilities. Previously, Carmen held roles at California Psychcare as both a Behavior Therapist and Program Coordinator, overseeing ABA services and providing parent training. In addition, Carmen was a Lead Trainer I at 360 Behavioral Health, equipping new Behavior Interventionists through initial and ongoing training. Starting in the education sector, Carmen worked as a Teaching Assistant and Instructor at the Jaime Escalante Math Program, and gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of California, Santa Barbara, in various psychology experiments. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.

BEHAVIORAL LEARNING NETWORK LLC

Behavior Learning Network was founded in 2013 in Southern California to help meet the growing need for quality behavior intervention services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. BLN provides one-to-one services in the home, community or school setting as well as assessments and consultation services. BLN is contracted with several insurance agencies, school districts and vendorized with California Regional Centers to provide direct and consultation services. BLN is directed by Dr. Gregory M. Elsky, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctorate (BCBA-D). Since 1995, Dr. Elsky has provided behavioral intervention for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. He has studied/trained under some of the leading experts in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) including Dr. O. Ivaar Lovaas, Dr. Gary W. LaVigna, and Dr. Thomas J. Willis. As an active member of the California ABA community, Dr. Elsky has served/currently serves as a board member of the California Association for Applied Behavior Analysis (CalABA) and served as a Content Area Leader for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's (BACB) Practice Guidelines for Autism Spectrum Disorders. Additionally, he has graduate level training in the administration and interpretation of a wide range of standardized psychological assessments as well as Behavioral Asssessments, and as an adjunct faculty member, taught graduate level coursework in ABA at National University.
