Bjorn Vandersmissen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and team leadership. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Technician and Team Lead at Behaviour Interactive since September 2016, Bjorn oversees a team providing assistance to over 1200 users across four countries. Prior to this role, Bjorn held various positions in IT support, including Director of IT and Support at ROI Research On Investment, where expertise was developed in investment attraction and lead generation.
