Jay Flaherty

Jay Flaherty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Head of GTM at BeHeard Labs since December 2024 and as the Founder of RetireHub, which boasts over 300,000 members, Flaherty focuses on providing valuable resources for seniors. Previously, Flaherty held the position of Senior Account Executive at Zesty, achieving accolades as the top-performing account executive for both the US and globally, while securing significant six-figure deals. As Head of Sales at Pulse, Flaherty led the team to exponential growth, culminating in a successful acquisition by Gartner. Early in the career journey, Flaherty gained experience at Samsara and earned a bachelor's degree in Economics and English from the University of Michigan.
