Maria Eliadis is an accomplished Coach and Adaptive Leadership Specialist with extensive experience in leadership development, program evaluation, and community capacity building. Currently leading Maria Eliadis Coaching and serving as Co-Founder and CEO of B-HART, Maria has consulted for various organizations such as the Multicultural Communities Council of SA and Carers SA, focusing on disability services and community engagement. With a background in training and development through Entrée Training and KDG Partnerships, Maria's expertise spans organizational change management and leadership facilitation. Maria holds multiple advanced degrees and certifications, including a Master of Social Policy from the University of Melbourne and a Brain Based Coaching Certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
