Yugal Behl DDS DSc MBO is an experienced dentist and entrepreneur with a diverse background in the healthcare industry. Yugal is currently serving as the President of Behl Practice Services, Inc., a technology-driven company based in Virginia, USA. In this role, Yugal utilizes AI tools and remote/on-site technology to support healthcare providers and enhance patient care.

Prior to their current position, Yugal founded Icon Dental Brands, a world-class DSO (Dental Service Organization) that focuses on supporting high-functioning dental specialty practices. Yugal led the company in utilizing technology and unified processes to address the unique challenges faced by larger dental locations.

Yugal also has experience as a franchise owner of American Family Care - Norfolk, where they managed and operated a healthcare center. Additionally, they founded Behl Orthodontics PLLC, where they provided state-of-the-art orthodontic care.

Earlier in their career, Yugal worked as an Orthodontist at Peninsula Pediatric Dentistry, Friendly Faces Pediatric Dentistry, Coliseum Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, and Peninsula Orthodontics, VA. Yugal also completed a postdoctoral fellowship and served as an Orthodontic Resident at Boston University School of Dental Medicine.

Yugal Behl completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Dentistry from Maulana Azad Medical College in 2003. Later, from 2004 to 2010, they pursued a Doctor of Science degree in Oral Biology at Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Furthermore, they also completed a program in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, leading to an Advanced Studies degree in 2010 at Boston University School of Dental Medicine.
