Fazeleh Safarnia

Fazeleh Safarnia is a seasoned business process analyst with extensive experience in optimizing business processes across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Business Process Analyst at Behsazan Farda Group since July 2023, Fazeleh previously worked at Derakht Danesh gostar from September 2021 to June 2023, focusing on the optimization of Paksimin Company (DOSI) business processes. Prior roles include business process analyst positions at Parsian E-commerce (March 2019 - September 2021) and BMI (April 2020 - January 2021), as well as serving as a work-study expert at Parsian E-commerce. Fazeleh holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from K. N. Toosi University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tehran, complemented by a diploma in education from the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents (Sampad).
