Diana Araya has extensive experience in marketing and customer development across various prestigious companies, currently serving as the Regional Shopper & Customer Marketing Manager for Emerging Markets at Beiersdorf since July 2020. In this role, Diana leads strategic marketing initiatives for the Central America and Caribbean region, focusing on brand management, shopper marketing, and customer development for the Nivea brand.
