Dr. Veit Ostmeier

Dr. Veit Ostmeier has extensive experience in finance and controlling, currently serving as the Director of Consolidation and Group Accounting at Beiersdorf since April 2003. Responsibilities include the consolidation of financial statements, reporting to the Board and Supervisory Board, and the coordination of external auditors, alongside leading international projects. Previously, roles at Beiersdorf included Head of Global Supply Chain Controlling, Finance Director for South East Asia, and Director of Global Manufacturing and Logistics Controlling, where financial steering and investment management were key focuses. Dr. Ostmeier also has teaching experience as a Course Instructor at EUROFORUM Deutschland SE and worked as a Scientific Assistant at the University of Paderborn, where a dissertation on new accounting instruments in IFRS was completed.
