Esté Oosthuizen

Esté Oosthuizen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal excellence, IT innovation, and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Legal Excellence Manager at Beiersdorf since June 2024, prior roles at Beiersdorf included IT Innovation Manager and involvement in digital HR transformation. The Beyond Borders Trainee program facilitated a leadership journey through diverse roles in different countries, including an HR Business Partner position at NIVEA INDIA. Previous experience at Unilever spanned positions such as Project Operations Manager for the first Unilever-owned Ice Cream Factory in Africa, focusing on operational readiness and human resources.
