Luise de Almeida

Luise De Almeida is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation and environmental science. Currently serving as the Manager of the Transformation Office at Beiersdorf since April 2018, Luise leads a team focused on achieving the company's transformation goals and oversees startup scouting and innovation project management. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Environmental Scientist at De Beers Marine Namibia, where Luise implemented ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems and coordinated environmental research initiatives. Luise holds a PhD and MS in Biochemistry, along with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biotechnology and a BSc in Biochemistry and Microbiology, all from Rhodes University.
