Monika Podsiadło

Monika Podsiadło is an experienced professional in learning and development with a strong background in operational roles across leading companies. Currently serving as Competence Leader at Beiersdorf since December 2020, Monika focuses on designing learning strategies and tools for technical competency growth in Poland. Prior experience includes six years at Amazon as CEE Regional Learning Manager, leading teams across multiple fulfillment centers in Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia, and creating training solutions for a large workforce. Monika's earlier roles at Philips Lighting involved project management and communication strategy, where contributions included organizing global events and managing internal training programs. Monika holds a Master's degree in economic science and management, as well as postgraduate studies in management psychology.
