Paul Hermann

Paul Hermann is an experienced educational consultant and osteopath currently working at Mainstay Medical, focusing on training specialists in therapeutic spinal stability interventions. With a long-standing career since 1999 as the owner and exercise rehabilitative and sports osteopath at Stay Tuned Sports Medicine, Paul has also served as a national presenter for Beiersdorf, delivering workshops on injury management and rehabilitation techniques. Editorial expertise was demonstrated as the health and fitness editor for Casper Magazine from August 2021 to March 2023.
