Ricardo Miranda

Ricardo Miranda is a professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and process engineering. Currently serving as StartUp Leader at Beiersdorf since September 2022, Ricardo previously held multiple roles at Mondelēz International from October 2014 to September 2022, including Manager of Continuous Improvement and Vertical Start Up Leader, as well as Process Engineer for both Meals and Biscuits. Prior to that, Ricardo worked as a Continuous Improvement Engineer and Black Belt at Kraft Foods from January 2009 to January 2014. Ricardo holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, earned between 2003 and 2007.
