Caitlin Barr is a highly experienced corporate counsel who has worked at various prestigious law firms and companies such as BeiGene, Liberty Energy, Perkins Coie LLP, and Winston & Strawn LLP. With a J.D. & LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. in Sociology & Philosophy from the University of Michigan, Caitlin has a strong background in corporate law and securities regulation.
