Genevieve Bailey

Genevieve Bailey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in data privacy and commercial law. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel for Data Privacy at Elastic since May 2022, Bailey previously held roles as Privacy Counsel and Commercial Counsel at NAVEX Global from January 2018 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Discovery Counsel at Epiq, a Research Assistant at the Lewis & Clark Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, and Law Clerk positions at Vacasa and the Navajo Nation Department of Justice. Bailey holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Lewis & Clark Law School and a degree in Political Science from the University of Montana, with additional academic experience at Leiden University.
