Guiyu Jin

Guiyu JIN's work experience includes being a Senior HR Director at BeiGene since 2017. Before that, they held various HR roles at healthcare companies, starting in 2008. These roles involved defining HR strategies, providing overall leadership in HR issues, driving change through HR programs, and managing benefit, employee relations, and HR information systems. Guiyu JIN also has experience in plant HR and general administration functions, including employee relationship management, performance assessment, and talent retention strategies. They worked in these roles at Health Company from 2008 to an undisclosed end date, and at DIC (Guangzhou) Graphic Ink Co., Ltd. from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, Guiyu JIN worked at DIC Graphic Ink from 2004 to 2008, where they were responsible for HR and general administration functions and set HR strategies to support talent requirements and rapid growth.

Guiyu JIN attended Sun Yat-sen University from 2014 to 2015, where they pursued an MBA. Before that, they studied at Jinan University from 2001 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in English. Additionally, in 2014, they returned to Sun Yat-sen University to pursue a Master of Business Administration.
