Kellie Woodworth

Kellie Woodworth has extensive experience in the biotechnology and life science industry. Kellie started their career as an Executive Search Director at The Agency in 2002, where they focused on recruiting top talent for the biotechnology and life science sector. Kellie continued in this role until 2015 when they joined Gilead Sciences as a Recruiter in their Talent Acquisition department. At Gilead Sciences, Kellie worked on discovering, developing, and commercializing innovative medicines to transform and simplify care for patients with life-threatening illnesses.

In 2019, Kellie moved on to Amgen, where they served as an Executive Recruiter. At Amgen, they played a vital role in developing new processes and products to turn the tide of serious, life-interrupting illnesses. Kellie worked closely with world-class talent, utilized industry-leading partnerships, and leveraged state-of-the-art technology.

In 2021, Kellie joined NGM Biopharmaceuticals as a Senior Principal Talent Acquisition Partner. NGM Biopharmaceuticals focuses on discovering and developing novel, life-changing medicines to help those whose health and lives have been disrupted by disease. Kellie utilized their expertise in protein engineering and complex disease-associated biology to generate product candidates and advance them into proof-of-concept studies.

Currently, Kellie serves as the Director of Global Executive Recruiting at BeiGene. At BeiGene, their mission is to build a next-generation biotechnology company that expands high-quality therapies to more people worldwide through courage, persistent innovation, and challenging the status quo.
