Natasha Polevoy

Natasha Polevoy serves as the Executive Director of Global Quality Management Systems at BeiGene since September 2024, overseeing the development and maintenance of quality management systems across operations. Previously, Natasha held the position of Sr. Director of Global Quality Management Systems at Incyte from April 2020 to September 2024, focusing on the improvement of standardized quality system processes. Earlier roles include Director of Quality Management System at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Director of Global Quality Systems and Strategic Programs at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Global Quality Director for IT Systems at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Natasha began their career in quality assurance and computer validation at Par Pharmaceutical, Forest, FGT, and Sparta Systems. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Economics and Business Management from Kiev National University of Economics and Business Management, as well as having completed the Women’s Leadership Program at Yale School of Management.
