Bojan Rubil

Bojan Rubil has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2011, they started their career at Alfdex AB as a Produktionslogistiker, where they focused on cost model analysis and production optimization. Bojan then joined Tetra Pak in 2011 and held roles such as Supply Chain Analyst, Assortment Analyst, and Global Inventory Specialist. In these positions, they were responsible for strategic partnerships, inventory management, sales and operational planning, and demand forecasting. Since 2016, Bojan has been working at Beijer Ref, starting as a Procurement Analyst and progressing to Category Manager/Procurement Analyst and Supply Chain Manager/Category Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Director APAC, responsible for overseeing operations in the Asia Pacific region.

Bojan Rubil began their education in 2004 at Västerviks Gymnasium, where they pursued the Naturvetenskapliga programmet. Bojan completed this program in 2006. Bojan then went on to attend The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University from 2006 to 2010. During their time at Lund University, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
