Clinical Nutritionist Intern at Beilinson Innovation

Gal Korem is the owner of Gulis Bakery, a patisserie founded out of a love for baking, with operations starting in January 2013. Alongside this venture, Gal serves as a Clinical Nutritionist Intern at Rabin Medical Center Innovation since September 2021 and manages the office at Racheli Stern - רחלי שטרן דיאטנית קלינית since August 2021. Previous experience includes a role in the restaurant industry from 2017 to 2020, working in confectionery at "Republic" and "Tel Yitzhak Kitchen & Garden" restaurants. Gal's military service in the Israel Defense Forces as an officer from April 2014 to May 2017 included duties as an education mashakit in the Combat Engineering Corps and as Assistant Head of the Education section in the Israeli Navy. Gal holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition Sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, completed between 2018 and 2021.
