Noam Fradkin

Noam Fradkin is an experienced data scientist and computer vision engineer currently working at Beilinson Innovation since September 2025. Prior to this role, Noam contributed as a volunteer data scientist at Carmel Medical Center, focusing on AI and data science applications for predicting surgical needs in infants with tear duct obstruction. Previous positions include data scientist at DockTech, where Noam applied AI for creating digital twins in maritime navigation, and at MIcompany, building data-driven AI solutions for clients. Noam's experience also includes a role as a computer vision engineer at Wix, developing website classification algorithms, and technical research and flight test engineering with the Israeli Air Force. Educational background consists of a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University and completion of the School of Data Science YDATA program.
