Ahmet SIRMA began their work experience in 2002 as an Interactive TV Application Developer at Digiturk. Ahmet then moved on to join Karetra in 2005 as a Partner, and later joined Turkcell in 2008 as a Mobile Application Developer. At Turkcell, they designed and developed a successful multiplayer mobile game called MobiWar. In 2010, Ahmet joined beIN MEDIA GROUP as a Principal/Senior Full Stack Mobile Developer, where they played a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining beIN's mobile apps and their backend structures, APIs, and SDKs.

Ahmet SIRMA attended Istanbul University from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an Associate's degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician. Ahmet then attended Ahmet Yesevi Universitesi from 2005 to 2009, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Ahmet SIRMA also obtained several certifications, including Advanced C Programming Language and System Programming from CSD C ve Sistem Programcıları Derneği in 2003, Backup and Recovery from Oracle in 2002, C++ Programming Language from CSD C ve Sistem Programcıları Derneği in 2002, and C Programming Language from CSD C ve Sistem Programcıları Derneği in 2001.
