Andy Besser

Andy Besser, JD, CADC-II, CADC-CS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of addiction counseling and law. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at CLARE|MATRIX since June 2018, Andy has also held various leadership roles at Beit T'Shuvah since March 2012, including Executive Director and Group Facilitator. In addition, Andy has a long-standing position as Chief Financial Officer at THE BURSTEIN COMPANY since January 1994 and served as an attorney at Besser Law Corporation until March 2020. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Loyola Law School and a certification in Drug, Alcohol and Addiction Counseling from UCLA. Undergraduate studies in Biology and Psychology were completed at Bucknell University.
