Kailey C. has cultivated extensive experience in both agricultural and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Farm Hand at Bejo Seeds Inc. since May 2021, Kailey previously gained valuable seasonal farming experience at Wegmans Organic Farm and Orchard, contributing mainly to the floral team while assisting in various tasks across the orchard, vineyard, and vegetable plots. Prior to a career focused on farming, Kailey held several management and sales positions, including Assistant Manager roles at G.H. Bass & Co. and Coach, alongside experience as a Waitress at Growlers Pub and Grill and as a Sales Associate at Gymboree. Kailey holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Horticulture from Finger Lakes Community College, completed in 2021, following education at Clyde-Savannah High School.
