Martin Reynolds

Martin Reynolds is an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects and LEED certification. Currently at Kaufman Lynn Construction since January 2023, Martin is overseeing the $75 million 900 Willow Multifamily project. Previously, at Resolute Building Company, Martin managed the $27 million Vega luxury apartments project in Durham, NC. Martin's tenure at Balfour Beatty US involved the management of the $60 million UNCW Dobo Hall Science and Biology Building. Notably, Martin's extensive experience at Barnhill Contracting Company included overseeing significant projects such as the Raleigh Convention Center and the Wake County Judicial Center, with values exceeding $225 million and $150 million respectively. Martin began a career in construction management at Watson Electrical Construction Company, LLC, serving as Division Manager from 1993 to 2005.
