Ezgi Karaman

Ezgi Karaman is a Talent Advisor at Bek Ventures, a venture capital firm that supports early-stage founders, since June 2023. Previously, Ezgi held the position of Talent Advisor in the Digital East Talent Advisory Team at Earlybird Venture Capital from June 2023 to November 2024. Prior to this, Ezgi worked in Human Resources Management at Peak, Turkey's first unicorn acquired by Zynga in 2020, from July 2020 to June 2023. Ezgi holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Boğaziçi University and has an educational background from Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi ve Maarif Koleji.
