Paul Brenno's work experience begins in 2008 when they worked as a Creative Services Producer and Cinematographer at KWHD-TV Ch 53 Productions. During their time there, they directed videography and lighting for all station productions, managed the digital workflow, and collaborated with production staff and clients. Paul also received awards for excellence. In 2009, they transitioned to a role as a Custodian at MINOT PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT 1, where they worked until 2014.

From 2014 to 2015, Paul worked as a Camera Operator and Studio Crew member at Channel 8 Wfaa-Tv ABC. Following this, they served as the Creative & Promotional Director at the Minot Area Council Of The Arts from May 2018 to February 2019. In this role, they were responsible for promoting and creating creative video content, managing video projects, updating social media pages, and selling memberships and sponsorships.

In 2019, Paul Brenno joined Noble Inc as a Video Producer/Editor/Filmmaker, where they worked until September of the same year. After that, they became the Director of Video Production at Stitchin' Heaven from January 2021 to November 2021. Currently, they are self-employed as a Cinematographer, Producer/Editor, and Award-Winning Filmmaker, working on project-based assignments since November 2021.

Paul Brenno received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Motion Picture Production from Montana State School of Film/Photography between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates degree in Broadcast Journalism from Minot State between 1987 and 1988. Paul also holds a high school diploma from minot high, which they earned between 1983 and 1987.
