Barbara Rok-Szofer

Barbara Rok-Szofer is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources management spanning several organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Beko Europe since June 2023, Barbara has previously held the same title at iP3, where responsibilities included liquidation activities and recruitment projects across Western and Central Europe. Barbara’s extensive tenure at Hi-P International lasted from December 2006 to December 2022, overseeing all HR processes and collaboration with unions. Earlier in the career, Barbara served as Human Resources Supervisor at Hi-P International and ABB, focusing on recruitment, training, and employee administration. Barbara holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Labor & Social Law and Psychology in Company Management from the University of Wroclaw, as well as a Master's degree in Biology from the same institution.
