Federica Ciotti

Federica Ciotti is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing digital and eCommerce initiatives. Currently serving as IT D2C Senior Manager at Beko Europe since April 2024, Federica leads IT digital projects and emphasizes agile methodologies. Prior to this role, Federica held various positions at Whirlpool Corporation from October 2014 to May 2024, including IT D2C Senior Manager and IT Digital and Ecommerce Manager, where responsibilities included the application of SCRUM in digital projects and solution architecture. Earlier experience includes a tenure as GIS GTM EMEA Digital and Ecommerce Lead Analyst at Blue Reply, alongside roles as a senior consultant and developer specializing in IBM WebSphere Commerce. Federica holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Università di Pisa and has furthered expertise with IBM certifications in WebSphere technologies.
