Francesca Barbieri

Francesca Barbieri is an experienced Organizational Excellence and Transformation Senior Manager currently with Beko Europe since April 2024, following similar roles at Whirlpool Corporation from June 2022 to April 2024. Francesca's career began at Generali, where substantial contributions included the setup of a Global Engagement Survey, the design of a Group People Strategy, and the implementation of a job grading and banding system.
