Gianluca Castelletti

Gianluca Castelletti is an experienced executive in the fields of engineering and design, currently serving as Executive Director of Modular Design at Beko Europe since April 2024, focusing on system engineering and modularity. Prior to this role, Gianluca held various leadership positions at Whirlpool Corporation from November 2008 to April 2024, including VP and Global Platform Leader for R&D in Refrigeration, Air and Water Treatment, and took on key procurement roles. Earlier, Gianluca served as Procurement Director at Bauknecht GmbH within the Whirlpool group and was a project manager for new product platform launches at Whirlpool (China) Investment Co., Ltd. Gianluca holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Management from Politecnico di Milano and participated in the ERASMUS program at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
