Andrei Stanca

Andrei Stanca is a seasoned professional in technical and field operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Technical & Field Operations at Beko Romania since April 2024. Prior to this role, Andrei held similar positions at Arctic from January 2019 to April 2024, where responsibilities included team leadership and quality assurance. Andrei's career began at Polymont Engineering as a Test Pilot from July 2015 to December 2018. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering and Management of Metal Processing Materials from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, expected in June 2024, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Universitatea „Valahia” din Târgoviște, completed in 2018. Early education was completed at Liceul "Voievodul Mircea" Targoviste, culminating in a Bacalaureate diploma in 2008.
