Jerome Oger has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jerome began their career in 1990 as a Financial Accountant at FRANCOISE FRADIN ET ASSOCIES, where they worked until 1992. In 1992, they joined Nouvelle Carte France (J-L Vilgrain Group) as a Business Controller, and stayed there until 1995. After that, Oger joined Beko Global in 1997 as a Finance Accounting Manager, and held this position until 2002. Jerome then went on to become the CFO for Beko Global's operations in France from 2002 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Oger served as the CFO for Beko Global's operations in China. Currently, they hold the position of CFO for Beko Global's operations in Australia & New Zealand, a role they have been in since 2017.

Jerome Oger attended Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Nantes from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a Master's degree in Finance with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. This degree is equivalent to the French Diplôme d'Études Comptables et Financières (DECF)/Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Comptables et Financières (DESCF).
