Stanislav Chernutsky is an experienced professional in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager at Beko Global since December 2016. Responsibilities include enhancing the customer journey, optimizing customer-related processes, and implementing innovative technology to boost satisfaction. Previously, Stanislav held roles as Brand Manager for Beko and Grundig across multiple countries, and has a background in digital marketing with Canon CZ/SK, focusing on online trade marketing and performance analytics. Earlier experience includes online marketing at Prague Safe Deposit, where campaign planning and KPI evaluation were key duties, as well as sales representation at TEMAC in the Nordic countries and Turkey. Stanislav holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Economics and Management from the University of Economics, Prague.
