Yuliya Ersal

Yuliya Ersal is an accomplished Recruiting and HR Brand Specialist with significant experience in talent management and employer brand management at Beko Global since February 2018. Recognized as the Best Employee in 2019, Yuliya has contributed to global HR projects and focuses on employee adaptation, student internships, and career counseling. Prior to this role, Yuliya served as an HR Generalist at Russian Gas Turbines LLC, managing comprehensive HR processes and leading a plant start-up project. Yuliya began the HR career as an HR Specialist at Vestel, specializing in recruitment, corporate culture management, and work with expats.
