Gizem Akcaylan Unal is a seasoned professional in revenue growth management and corporate finance, currently serving as the Head of Project and Process Management at Beko plc since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Finance Manager and Specialist at Koç Holding A.Ş., focusing on financial analysis and mergers & acquisitions within the automotive and durable goods sectors. Gizem has also participated in various prestigious initiatives, such as winning first place in Akbank's project competition and holding positions in Finansbank and the Global Relations Forum as a Young Scholar. An academic foundation was established at Koç University with a double major in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering, further complemented by graduate studies at Harvard University and an undergraduate program at the University of Pennsylvania.
