Jose Amaya has extensive work experience in human resources, serving as a Human Resources Director at Bel Air Church since November 2021. Previously, they held the role of Director of Human Resources at FMI Aerostructures from October 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at Destination Shuttle Services LLC from June 2007 to December 2021. Jose also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Grupo Deco America for a brief period in 2019. Jose Amaya began their career as an HR Manager at Lexicon Marketing in 2004 before transitioning to Destination Shuttle Services as the Director of Human Resources from 2007 to 2019.
Jose Amaya earned a Master's degree in Business/Human Resources from Capella University in 2023. Prior to this, they attended the same university from 2019 to 2021, although their specific degree and field of study during that time are unknown. Before their time at Capella University, Jose studied Human Resources Management with a focus on Human Resources Development at California State University, Northridge.
