Linda Besse SPHR MBA serves as the Assistant Human Resources Director at St. Cloud State University since September 2018, in addition to being the Principal at Besse & Associates since December 2012, where comprehensive Human Resources services for small businesses are offered. With a significant background in HR management across various companies including Bayer Interior Woods, Thermo-Tech Vinyl Windows, and Northern Contours, Linda has developed strategies to foster strong employee cultures and effective HR systems.
