Howard Clifford

Howard Clifford is a graduate of ASU with a BSME degree and has over 38 years of construction-related work. He has managed very large, complex jobs in Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Alaska, which included Performance Contracting, retrofit, remodel, design/build, and new work. He has extensive experience working directly with owners, architects, engineers, and tradesmen to achieve superior quality mechanical projects with the best HVAC mechanical (code compliant) solutions and on-time scheduled installations. He brings vast knowledge and experience to any project. Howard has completed numerous projects from mixed-used Office/Hotel, Hospital/Laboratory, Data Centers, Crime Labs, and public use institutions.

As Contract and Engineering Director, his daily duties include overseeing the project delivery and support system for all the commercial construction work as well as providing his engineering (hands-on) experience working directly with the Design Team, Estimating, BIM Team, the General Contractor and Owner to clarify the design and scope of projects so that his team can manage the cost, measure productivity and oversee quality control.
